- TERMS OF SERVICE
The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by Frankhorn.com and the buyer. By placing orders with Frankhorn.com, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in within these Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please contact Frank Horn before placing your order.
- PRICES & VAT
All prices are stated in Great British Pounds (£). Frank Horn retains the right to adjust its prices and amend any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. As customs policies vary by country, Frank Horn cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased products reach their destination country. Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and only apply to fully priced items.
- PAYMENT
All major debit and credit cards are accepted; Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, JCB, Visa Elektron, China union Pay, Discover card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Frank Horn encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card details or other information during the transaction. The total cost of your items purchased plus shipping fees as displayed on the checkout page will be billed to your debit or credit card. To maintain a high level of security, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.
- DELIVERY
Most UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail, All European orders are shipped via Royal Mail, TNT, DHL, or FEDEX. When your order is posted you will receive a tracking information via e-mail.
- DELIVERY TIMES & CHARGES
Timely delivery is based on the operational service conditions of each courier. With most keeping to their day-to-day delivery schedules. Frankhorn.com will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon Working/Business days. Expedited and Priority delivery service is offered where available, however a higher rate will also be applied. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the purchased goods reaches its country of destination.

- STOCK
Most products are made to order, whilst few are held with minimal stock.
Each product found on Frankhorn.com marked “in stock” carries a lead time to be made. Should a product be marked 'Out of Stock' please make contact by email at: email@Frankhorn.com for availability and up to date lead times. Frank Horn reserves the right to cancel a delivery and/or order if the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of order, Frank Horn will contact you with the opportunity to cancel the order.
- COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
The colours of products seen on Frankhorn.com will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed. Therefore, this may vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that Frank Horn has tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used. Please note that all Frank Horn products are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. We would like to point out that vegetable tanned leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in colour and structure from product to product and from collection to collection. These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Please be aware that natural and coated fabrics used in dark or very strong colours may be subject to transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. Some textiles have been given a water repellent surface but are not water resistant. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots.
- SIZES
All sizes on products are usually external and measured in cm, unless otherwise stated.
- FORCE MAJEURE
Frank Horn reserves the right to assert force majeure in the event of strike, lockout, blockade, war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, natural disasters, or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products purchased from Frankhorn.com have a 14 day return period from the date received by the customer. Discounted/sale items can only be returned for store credit if approved. All items are made to order, returns are only accepted if goods are received defective or incorrect. Customised items cannot be resold, and as such cannot be returned unless items arrived damaged or faulty. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Frank Horn will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account. In the case of discounted/sale items, store credit will only be provided to the purchaser after the returned items have been received and approved by Frank Horn. Return shipping costs are the returner’s responsibility.
Frank Horn will not accept the returned product if the sender does not pay for shipping costs.
Your right of withdrawal does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence, or unauthorised operations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Frankhorn.com within a 14-day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.
- PRIVACY STATEMENT
Frank Horn takes your privacy very seriously and follows industry standard protection procedures to ensure your personal information is secure. All personal data is stored through the websites databases, and the general application. Frank Horn stores your data on a secure server protected by a firewall. Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) -and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry approved security precautions.
Frank Horn reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If material changes are made to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. Under no circumstances will your data be sold.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are in accordance with UK law and the UK courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
