Placing an order
View the collection by visiting the Shop and place each desired item by adding to your cart. You can always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking the “Cart” icon/link on the top right of any page.
When you are ready to checkout with the items in your cart, click on the “checkout” button while viewing the your cart. Delivery and billing information will be requested. You can complete payment by paying with your debit / credit card or PayPal.
All items are made to order and carry varying lead times, specific availability is listed in the product details page. Certain items can be back ordered and more information is available by messaging Frank Horn via the contact page or by email; email@example.com
Each creation has accurate sizing, dimensions and material information within the item description.
The embossing of initials is complimentary.
Each product is limited to a maximum number of initials, detailed on its product page.
The font used is Verona 18 point and initials can be pressed in gold, silver or blind (neutral).
Payment & Shipping
Frank Horn accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal.
All payments are processed via a secure system and no payment details are seen or held by Frank Horn.
All orders to be delivered within the UK are sent 1st class recorded, which is usually delivered between 1-2 days after dispatch.
Local pickup is only available to UK residents, who are able to visit the studio in Barking, East London within the hours of operation stated on the contact page.
International orders are sent by a track and signed service and delivery times vary by region. Tracking information is always provided. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs fees.

If your order was placed overnight or within the past 14 hours, there is a chance it can still be altered. Please contact me immediately with any questions or concerns.
All items are made to order, returns are only accepted if goods are received defective or incorrect.
Customised items cannot be resold, and as such cannot be returned unless items arrived damaged or faulty.
